Returns
*Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be returned/ or refunded*
We will give you a refund for the price paid of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges, excluding the costs of returning the product to us and excluding the 5% that we are donating to mental health charities from your original purchase).
Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date the product was received by the customer.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Once we have received the item/items we will review the item/s and check that all requirements have been met. Champion Mindset reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements. If the item/s returned in its original condition, we will exchange or refund the item and ship this out to you.
Please note that Champion Mindset does not cover the cost of shipping the item/items back to us.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. All returned item/items will be refunded once they've been received by us. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
